You must complete this application in one visit to this page. As such, it might be helpful to type your answers in a separate word processing document and then revisit this page and copy/paste your answers into the fields.

Recruitment Open House
Applicants are encouraged to attend the Leadership Lincoln Recruitment Open House prior to completing the application form. Alumni will gather to reconnect and encourage new applicants. Staff will also be available to meet with applicants to answer questions.

Leadership Lincoln hopes to represent a cross-section of citizens from a variety of backgrounds. Leadership Lincoln graduates bring divergent perspectives to address Lincoln’s needs. The following optional information helps us identify applicants from a cross-section of the city.

1. Leadership Lincoln offers three different cohorts to serve adult leaders. Which one would you like to be a part of and why?

3. How do you see your experience with Leadership Lincoln inspiring or equipping you to make a positive impact on your community?
4. The group experience is a vital part of Leadership Lincoln programs. What unique or diverse perspective(s) and/or experience(s) would you bring to your cohort?

Tuition
  • Fellows:  $ 2,750.00
  • Executives:  $ 3,750.00-Business, $1,875.00-Nonprofit (includes a spouse/significant other’s participation)
  • Advocates:  $ 2,750.00

Please indicate your plan for paying tuition should your application be accepted.

Please note that tuition is non-refundable. Payment plans are available.

Leadership Lincoln recommends all participants to personally contribute a minimum of $250.00 towards their tuition fee.

Scholarships

Tuition assistance is available through a scholarship program. If an applicant is interested in scholarship support, that request must be made when his/her/their application is submitted. Scholarships will be offered to applicants at the discretion of the Selection Committee.

Advocates scholarships are generously provided by the Community Health Endowment, Acklie Charitable Foundation, and Woods Charitable Fund, Inc.
