"FORE" YOUTH PUTT-PUTT GOLF SCRAMBLE

The Youth in Action Center a program of Leadership Lincoln, Inc. is hosting the first annual “FORE” Youth Putt-Putt Leadership Golf Scramble on Saturday, June 10 at Adventure Golf, 56th & Old Cheney.
Proceeds from the event will go directly to operational costs associated with free programming offered to youth in Lincoln and Lancaster County, to include but not limited to; Youth Leadership Lincoln, Youth Leadership Academy, YouthInspire, Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council, Lincoln Public Schools Youth Advisory Board, etc.
All ages are welcome! Play is limited to 36 teams (18 in each time slot 10:00 a.m. – Noon or Noon – 2:00 p.m.) Registration for teams of four is $80.00. Single-player registration is $20. Prices include 18 holes, contests, beverage and food ticket, fun and prizes to be awarded during and at the conclusion of the event.
The Youth Programming of Leadership Lincoln is offered free of charge to high school youth in Lincoln/Lancaster County. Entering its 11th year of service the program strives to enhance knowledge and develop leadership skills among a diverse group of high school students. Participants represent Lincoln’s public and parochial high schools, as well as Waverly, Norris and Raymond Central public schools. Students meet regularly and participate in interactive, hands-on experiences focusing on leadership development and an understanding of and life-long commitment to an individual’s role in community service.
