Leadership Lincoln is constantly seeking opportunities for our alumni to collectively and actively support Lincoln as current issues and needs change.
Leadership Lincoln provides services to local organizations by serving as a neutral party to host and facilitate community discussions of current issues or proposed projects needing attention. These community conversations use trained facilitators to encourage peer-to-peer discussion aimed at finding common ground and areas upon which agreement can be built.
In the past, community conversations have been held on the issues of:
- Lincoln Parks and Recreation Golf Master Plan
- Community Mental Health Center
- High School Drop-Out Rate
- 2008 City Budget process
- 2015 Vision
- The Future of Lincoln
- The Global Economy
- Foreign Policy
If you are considering a current issue that could benefit from public discussion or input gathering, please contact Leadership Lincoln.
Graduates of Leadership Lincoln's programs represent a wide array of experience, backgrounds and talents and are available to provide technical assistance to organizations and agencies. Leadership Lincoln can work with organizations to match needs with local talent, for example, attorneys, CPAs, human resources and business expertise.
If your organization is facing a challenge, please contact Leadership Lincoln to discuss how outside expertise may help.
