Leadership Lincoln offers three core programs for youth and adults:

• The Leadership Lincoln Fellows Program for adults
• Youth Programming for high school students in Lincoln and Lancaster County public, private, and parochial schools
• The Lincoln Executive Series for individuals in senior management

Each program examines the organizations, systems, and overall way of life in Lincoln and Lancaster County while instilling a set of common core values: servant leadership, collaboration, reflection, ethics, and diversity.

Ultimately Leadership Lincoln allows people from all walks of life to better understand the community in which they live and to develop leadership skills relevant to preserving and promoting the greater good of the community at large.
